We maintain a rigorous commitment to quality, choosing to incorporate premium, natural ingredients in all of our products. We are a small batch manufacturer with one production kitchen by choice and design. Kristina began talking to Bob hoping to offer chocolates alongside her baked goods, but they soon realized that a perfect partnership was forming and the journey from Choco-Logo to Littles Chocolate Company was complete. Unfortunately those plans were delayed due to the pandemic, but during that time Bob met with Kristina Lajewski, whose bakery business The Blooming Flour focused on custom and creative designs for holidays and special events. In 2019, Bob purchased the historic former Parkside Candies building on Main Street in Buffalo and began undertaking renovations with plans to re-launch in our new location sometime in 2020. Seeing the doors of its once bustling Factory Shop closed for good in May 2017, Bob realized that revitalizing Choco-Logo and bringing its high-end products back to the Buffalo community was the opportunity he was looking for to help support local businesses and take part in the city's resurgence.
